We created the above out of a pinch, and only one stop at the store (for the meat).
Pork Chops
- salt n pepper
- sauté over olive oil
- cook till golden brown like above.
- Yes, that's it.
- cut large red potatoes, boil
- drain, mash (by hand)
- add creme fresh, salt, pepper, butter
- if you added the right amount of creme fresh, it should look perfectly creamy
Salad
- I call this the "I love cilantro salad"
- cut bunch of cilantro and slice cherry tomatoes in half
- add salt, pepper, and olive oil
- done.
Eat in a nice room, your food will taste even better.
